2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement. By using the platform, you confirm your eligibility.

3. Services Offered

We provide:

• Digital gold and silver investment options
• Saving scheme-based jewellery savings schemes
• BIS-certified 916 hallmark gold jewellery
• Flexible saving plans: one-time, daily, weekly, and monthly

All services comply with:

• Saving scheme Act, 1982
• Digital Gold Guidelines (as applicable)
• Information Technology Act, 2000
• RBI, SEBI, BIS guidelines

4. Account Creation & KYC

Users must complete KYC verification to access services. You agree to submit accurate personal and financial details. Misrepresentation, impersonation, or submission of fraudulent documents may result in service suspension and legal action.

5. Payment and Redemption

All transactions are processed digitally via secure gateways.
Upon completion of your selected savings plan, you will receive equivalent value or gold weight as per prevailing rates.

KAS Jewellery reserves the right to:

• Adjust pricing or taxation based on law
• Modify plan terms with prior notice

6. User Conduct

You must not:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Upload viruses or malicious software
• Infringe on intellectual property or impersonate others
• Manipulate payment or transaction processes

We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts for violations, without notice.

7. Data Privacy and Security

By using our platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy. We safeguard your data using:

• 256-bit SSL encryption
• OTP and MPIN-based authentication
• Internal role-based access protocols

8. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds are not applicable once a savings plan is initiated.
Cancellation is at our discretion and may incur deductions based on plan type and status.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content including text, logos, images, and branding is the property of KAS Jewellery and protected under Indian laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

• Natural disasters
• Government mandates
• Internet failures
• Pandemics or civil unrest

11. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be published here. Continued use after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thiruppuvanam, Tamil Nadu. Compliance includes:

• Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Saving scheme Act, 1982
• Regulatory guidelines by RBI, SEBI, BIS, etc.

13. No Services for Fraudulent Activities

KAS Jewellery prohibits platform usage for money laundering, scams, or unlawful activity. Services will be denied or terminated for suspicious accounts.

14. Non-Responsibility for Misuse

KAS Jewellery is not responsible for any fraudulent activity conducted by users or third parties. Users are responsible for verifying payment links, communications, and sources before proceeding with transactions.

15. Arbitration Clause

In the event of disputes, they shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in Thiruppuvanam in the English language.

16. Disclaimer of Liability for Third-Party Misuse

KAS Jewellery, its developers, marketers, and service providers, are not responsible for fraud, scams, or illegal activities conducted by unauthorized individuals. Users must validate communication and avoid unverified links. Any financial or legal consequences are solely the user's responsibility.
