Cancellation and Refund Policy - KAS Jewellery

At KAS Jewellery, we prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold complete financial transparency. Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our digital gold or jewellery savings plans.

1. Digital Gold & Silver Purchases

No Cancellation After Purchase
Once a digital gold or silver transaction is confirmed and payment is processed, cancellation is not allowed as the transaction is based on live market prices.

No Refunds on Digital Gold Transactions
Refunds are not available for any digital gold or silver purchases. However, customers can redeem their balance either:

  • In the form of certified jewellery
  • By selling it at the current market rate through our platform.

2. Jewellery Savings Plans (Daily / Weekly / Monthly / One-Time)

Saving scheme Fund Compliance
Our jewellery savings plans are governed by the Saving scheme Funds Act, 1982, and the Tamil Nadu Saving scheme Fund Rules, ensuring legal compliance and subscriber protection.

Cancellation Request Window

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing within 7 days of plan enrolment.
  • Upon approval, a nominal processing fee may apply.
  • After 7 days, cancellations will not be accepted. Customers are expected to complete the plan to enjoy the accrued benefits.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of cancellation approval.
  • Any accumulated gold/silver value will be adjusted at the current market rate.

3. Jewellery Redemption

Once a jewellery item has been ordered or custom-crafted using your savings or digital gold balance, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.

Exchange is only allowed if the product is defective, and subject to BIS quality check and verification.

4. Failed Transactions or Technical Errors

In the case of a failed transaction where the payment is debited but not reflected in your account:

  • The issue will be resolved within 5 - 7 working days after confirmation from the bank.
