1. Customers can deposit any amount of money in this scheme, starting from Rs. 100, as per their choice, at any time.

2. They can immediately buy gold and silver jewellery for the amount they have deposited, as per the market conditions of the day.

3. They are advised to buy jewellery within the 11-month period of the amount they have deposited.

4. Since they can pay money at any time and receive the jewellery immediately under this scheme, no benefits can be provided under this scheme.

5. In case the passbook is lost, they can get a duplicate passbook by paying the relevant documents and amount to the administration.

6. The phone number given while joining this scheme should not be changed until the end of the scheme. In case of change, the administration should be informed immediately and registered.

7. While buying jewellery, the passbook, identity proof and registered phone number should be brought along. Also, the one-time password (OTP) should be verified with the registered phone number.

8. The decision of the administration is final in all aspects of this scheme. The management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

9. GST is applicable as per government regulations.

10. The management is not responsible for any delay or non-conversion of funds during online money transfer.

11. Payment should be made only directly to KAS or through our MOBILE APP. Payment should not be made through any other means.
